  • Do not click on links or attachments in the email, WhatsApp or text message.
  • Do not reply to the email, WhatsApp or text message
  • Forward the fake email to: valse-email@nl.abnamro.com
  • Take a screenshot of the fake WhatsApp and forward the screenshot via email to: valse-email@nl.abnamro.com
  • Forward the fake text message to: +31 97 008 101 095
  • Delete the fake email, WhatsApp or text message.

We will make sure the fake websites behind the links are taken down. Together, we give scammers no chance.

I want to block my credit card

In order to process your request to block your card smoothly, we ask that you keep the following information to hand:

  • The card number you wish to block
  • The name of the card issuer (usually your bank)
  • The account number associated with your lost or stolen card
  • The personal details (surname, first name, date of birth and postcode) of the cardholder (usually yourself)

Please note! You cannot have your MasterCard blocked via the Belgian Cardstop number. We therefore recommend saving the number of the Advanzia Helpdesk in your phone.
